Con esta entrada únicamente quiero rendir un homenaje a mi hermano
pequeño Sergio Cárcel que por su actividad profesional durante los últimos 20 años , nos ha hecho a
toda la familia desarrollar el gusto por saborear un buen Gintonic que el mismo
se esmera en elaborar en todo un ritual de condimentos y herramientas propio de
los mejores locales de cocteles de nivel , hasta el punto de que cualquier celebración
familiar termina como un gran colofón con le degustación de uno de estos en una
animada tertulia .....esta vez además a querido que experimentáramos estos

Dentro de las llamadas ginebras Premium se establece un nuevo segmento conocido como SmartGin y que ante la abundancia de la

KINROSS GIN PREMIUM CITRIC & DRY
Las
ginebra Kinross Gin Citric&Dry, es una ginebra destilada, 40% Vol, que se elabora
en España y se obtiene a partir de
alcohol de cereales rectificado macerado y el enebro se destila combinado con
diferentes botánicos y cítricos, fundamentalmente limón, naranja y pomelo, esto
consigue realzar sus notas cítricas que combinan y se integran perfectamente
con el aroma de la destilación de las tradicionales bayas de enebro, en un
proceso de elaboración muy delicado y cuidadoso de hasta tres destilaciones. Todo
lo cual da como resultado un aroma elegante en nariz pero a la vez fresco en el
gusto y el paladar al potenciar las características de una ginebra clásica excelente
que se puede consumir tomarse sola o mezclada en diferentes cocteles y combinados
.
The gin Kinross
Gin Citric & Dry, is a distilled gin, 40% Vol, which is made in Spain
and obtained from ground macerated rectified alcohol and juniper is distilled
combined with different botanicals and citrus, mainly lemon, orange and
grapefruit, this achieves to enhance its citrus notes that combine and
integrate perfectly with the aroma of the distillation of the traditional
juniper berries, in a very delicate and careful elaboration process of up to
three distillations. All of which results in an elegant aroma on the nose but
at the same time fresh in the taste and palate when enhancing the
characteristics of an excellent classic gin that can be eaten taken alone or
mixed in different cocktails and combined.
RIVES ORANGE GIN
Se trata de una Ginebra
elaborada de forma artesanal , de la que se obtiene un producto de paladar suave
y fresco. También se emplea para la elaboración una amplia selección de
botánicos y naranjas dulces y aromáticas procedentes de La comunidad Valenciana
y del Sur de Andalucía, que le aportan un
frescor y aroma únicos.
It is a Gin elaborated in an artisanal way, from which a product with a
soft and fresh palate is obtained. A wide selection of sweet and aromatic
botanicals and oranges from the Valenciana Community and from the South of
Andalucia is also used to produce a unique freshness and aroma.
